Job Summary

As a Business Development & Growth Entrepreneur (code 03M26), you will be at the forefront of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities that drive growth and expansion for the company. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least five years of experience in business development or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close high‑value deals effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and track progress.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems creatively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and environments.
