, responsible to process all transactions to the set standards.

• Process all transactions with the highest quality (no errors), ensuring internal procedures are followed.
• Communicate with applicants when necessary.
• Support Team Leaders and Senior Client Servicing Executives when needed.
• Provide feedback on process improvement to the line manager.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Line manager as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a similar operational role.
• Strong command of operational systems to execute transactions.
• Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Problem solving capability.
• Any other language is desirable.
