Strat Bio Partners is entering its next growth phase.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Leader who can drive revenue growth AND build strategic principal partnerships to strengthen our solutions ecosystem.
This role is a NON Salaried commission sharing role which combines:
- New business generation
- C-level relationship development
- SaaS & consulting sales
- Strategic partner acquisition
- Principal company relationship management
This is a high-ownership, high-impact growth position.
🎯 Your Mission 1️⃣ Revenue & Pipeline Growth- Generate new consulting and intelligence subscription opportunities
- Build and manage a structured, visible sales pipeline
- Lead full sales cycle: outreach → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Drive renewals, upsell, and account expansion
- Identify and onboard new principal companies (data providers, SaaS intelligence platforms, specialized consulting firms)
- Negotiate partnership and representation agreements
- Strengthen and manage relationships with existing principals
- Expand Strat Bio Partners’ solution portfolio to deliver differentiated client value
- Act as bridge between principals and regional customers
- Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and forecasting
- Support commercial planning and market expansion strategy
- Work directly with the Managing Director on growth roadmap
- 5+ years in Pharma / Life Sciences business development
- Experience selling consulting, SaaS intelligence, or data platforms
- Proven ability to sign and manage strategic partnerships
- Comfortable engaging C-level executives across pharma & biotech
- Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset — builder mentality
- Self-driven, structured, execution-focused
- UAE-based (preferred)
- Experience and success in Sales and building long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
