Business Development Manager

Alpago Design & Build is a luxury-focused, design-led company delivering bespoke residential and mixed-use projects across the UAE. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and win new design & build projects. This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on originating opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into secured projects.

• Identify, pursue, and secure new design & build and turnkey projects
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers
• Engage early at concept and pre-construction stages to position Alpago as the preferred delivery partner
• Lead work-winning activities including proposals, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal design, technical, and commercial teams
• Represent Alpago at industry events and client meetings

• Proven experience in business development within design & build, construction, or luxury real estate
• Strong understanding of design-led projects and construction workflows
• Track record of winning high-value projects
• Well-connected within the UAE design, construction, or development market
• Polished, confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
