PMO Role – Bahrain Operations

VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company. We are currently looking for a PMO for Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions.

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP or equivalent qualification
• Experience in PM governance

• Continuous review and analysis of project execution data and subsequent reporting, escalation and triage of control breaches and delivery variation.
• Identification and mediation of execution disputes.
• Ensure successful implementation of the PMO's strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
• Establish frameworks and standards for programme and project management and compile project-related financial and KPI information.
• Maintain a central risk log for respective functions, and track risk reported for mitigation or escalation to the project sponsor and respective committee as required.
• Coordinate project closure and Post Implementation Reviews and centralize outputs for future reference.
• Facilitate and support project level meetings as required.
• Provide guidance and development to project resources where required.
• Track centrally recorded milestone data and triage, escalating where variation materializes.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement of the PMO function, policies and procedures.
• Preparation of Committee reporting materials (production, circulation, alignment and submission).
