Senior Procurement Specialist

We are hiring for Senior Procurement Specialist with experience in Healthcare industry who manages end-to-end purchasing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and cost‑saving initiatives to ensure timely, high‑quality, and budget‑compliant acquisition of goods and services.

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure best‑value.
• Operational Purchasing: Manage the full procurement cycle, including processing purchase requisitions and tenders (RFQ, RFP, RFI).
• Supplier Relationship Management: Monitor vendor performance, address disputes, and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual terms.
• Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze spending, forecast needs, and prepare reports on procurement metrics and budget utilization.
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments to define specifications and meet material/service requirements.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management with experience in UAE (Healthcare).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong ability to negotiate favorable terms and resolve conflicts.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and e‑procurement software.
• Ability to analyze market trends, supplier data, and complex documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
