We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong UAE market exposure to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with a main contractor or consultancy and a solid network of local UAE clients. This role focuses on driving growth, securing new projects, and maintaining strong client relationships within the local market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage proposals, pre-qualification documents, and commercial submissions.
- Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to support bidding and tendering activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects to support strategic growth.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve agreed business development targets and revenue goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in business development.
- Mandatory experience with a main contractor or engineering consultancy in the UAE.
- Strong and proven local UAE client network (developers, consultants, and end clients).
- Solid understanding of the UAE construction market and tendering processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Strong reporting and CRM management skills.
