We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong UAE market exposure to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with a main contractor or consultancy and a solid network of local UAE clients. This role focuses on driving growth, securing new projects, and maintaining strong client relationships within the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, pre-qualification documents, and commercial submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to support bidding and tendering activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects to support strategic growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
  • Achieve agreed business development targets and revenue goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in business development.
  • Mandatory experience with a main contractor or engineering consultancy in the UAE.
  • Strong and proven local UAE client network (developers, consultants, and end clients).
  • Solid understanding of the UAE construction market and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Strong reporting and CRM management skills.
