Position SummaryThe Sales Team Leaders is responsible for driving revenue through strong customer retention and account growth within their territory/segment. This role leads a high‑performing team focused on deepening client relationships, understanding partner needs, and proactively identifying upsell and renewal opportunities to maximize long‑term value and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute a sales strategy to grow your business
- Exceeding Retention Targets through true Team Leadership
- Hire, develop and coach your team to adopt a consultative mindset and approach in managing customers
- Forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue expectations with high predictability
- Collaborate & communicate with various internal & external stakeholders
- Serve as the escalation point of contact for all customer account management matters and help resolve in a timely manner
- Handle on‑ground client visits for supporting & coaching your team while getting the real voice of customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or science major
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Subscription sales and account management
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales management experience managing a team of at least 5 people towards exceeding targets
- High level of experience in:
Leadership, communication, public speaking, sales forecasting, problem solving, analytical data‑driven decision making - A good understanding of the real estate industry is desirable
- Proven track record of building a new business function and strategic ability to scale
- Adept in talking to key internal and external decision makers
- Highly computer literate – adept at Excel and Powerpoint with solid experience in using CRM tools (Sales Force experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to navigate complex decision‑making processes within client organizations
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business strategies and industry dynamics
