We are recruiting a Client Relationship Management – Senior Analyst to join our Sales & Client team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be at the heart of our client service operations, supporting relationship management activities, coordinating closely with clients, and ensuring seamless delivery of our insurance brokerage services.

• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with different complex accounts, follow up on correspondences and manage/maintain communications.
• Conduct and analyse client research, research on industry issues, prepare benchmarking studies and create risk maps for internal and external use.
• Liaise between internal professionals and business accounts, and generally represent the business to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect insights and information on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues offering context and suggestions when needed to best ensure account satisfaction and retention.

• UAE National
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Client-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• At least one year of professional experience
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures

• Previous internship or experience in insurance
• Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and processes
• Customer service experience in a professional setting
