Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Operations Assistant based in Dubai. The responsibilities include assisting with daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient business processes, managing customer service requests, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will also provide analytical support to improve operations and collaborate with various departments to facilitate organizational goals.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and a sound understanding of business dynamics
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience or capability in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with business software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
