A Sales & Events Manager at MajestasAs Sales & Events Manager you will support the continued growth and positioning of our Dubai hospitality cluster as a leading destination for luxury dining, entertainment, and bespoke event experiences. Based in Dubai and representing Majestas, this role blends strategic business development, high-profile client relationship management, and luxury event sales. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strong partnerships, and delivering world-class guest experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities across local and international markets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, luxury brands, lifestyle partners, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with travel agencies, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and event agencies.
- Manage event enquiries from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
- Design tailored event concepts and deliver personalised client experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Lead client presentations, site inspections, and planning meetings, ensuring a seamless journey from concept to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers (production, design, technical partners) to ensure flawless event delivery.
- Maintain strong sales pipelines, monitor market trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to support commercial objectives.
- Represent the brand through networking, client engagement, and industry events, positioning venues as preferred destinations for premium experiences.
- You bring experience in luxury hospitality, high-end venues, hotels, or premium event environments, with a strong background in sales, events, or business development.
- You are commercially driven and proactive, with a natural ability to generate new business and expand client networks.
- You have experience working with corporate clients, private clients, travel agencies, DMCs, or event agencies, ideally within international or high-profile environments.
- You understand luxury service standards and manage demanding clients with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.
- You have a strong understanding of event production fundamentals and feel confident collaborating with suppliers, designers, and technical teams.
