Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the platform strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
* Own platform P&L, pricing models, and revenue streams.
* Translate investor needs into clear product priorities and success metrics.
* Build the operating cadence for the platform: KPIs, dashboards, reviews, and accountability.
* Lead and align product, growth, operations, and customer success around a single set of goals.
* Own strategic partnerships tied directly to the platform.## Requirements
* 8–15+ years of experience in general management, product-led businesses, marketplaces, fintech, proptech, or investment platforms.
* Proven experience owning a P&L or running a full business unit.
* Strong product intuition paired with commercial rigor.
* Highly analytical, comfortable working with data, funnels, and unit economics.
* Strong operator who can move from strategy to execution without friction.## Benefits
