Project Management & Chief of Staff Intern

Born Outside is a Dubai-founded, Italian-crafted luxury brand operating at the intersection of product excellence, wholesale expansion, and direct-to-consumer growth.

As we scale, execution clarity becomes critical.

We are looking for a highly structured, ambitious intern to support the Founder’s Office in project management, operational coordination, and internal systems development.

This role combines elements of:

• Project management
• Junior Chief of Staff support
• Operational coordination
• Systems and AI-driven optimization

The objective is not to “use AI.”

The objective is to improve how the company operates — using AI and automation as leverage.

You will work directly with the founder to improve execution, structure priorities, and support decision‑making across the company.

You will help transform complexity into clarity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting cross‑functional project tracking (product, wholesale, marketing, operations)
• Structuring tasks, timelines, ownership, and follow‑ups
• Assisting with internal reporting and weekly summaries
• Maintaining decision logs and documentation
• Coordinating certain administrative workflows
• Improving internal processes and proposing efficiency gains
• Leveraging AI and automation to reduce repetitive work
• Supporting high‑priority initiatives directly under the founder
