Viva Media is a Dubai-based consultancy working at the intersection of international market entry, trade show strategy, and cross-border partnership development. We support international companies building presence in the GCC and wider region through structured business development and strategic marketing.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to strengthen our outbound growth efforts and support client acquisition across exhibitions, market entry, and partnership advisory mandates.

This is not a passive sales role. It requires structured outreach, commercial intelligence, and disciplined follow-through.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and initiating conversations with international companies entering or expanding in the GCC.

You will work directly with the Founder to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and support proposal conversion.

Lead Identification & Research
  • Identify international companies exhibiting at major trade shows
  • Research target companies, decision-makers, and expansion signals
  • Maintain structured lead tracking across CRM tools
Outbound Outreach
  • Execute structured Linked In and email outreach campaigns
  • Personalize communication based on sector and expansion intent
  • Book qualified discovery calls for senior leadership
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
Pipeline Management
  • Track prospect engagement stages
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
  • Ensure consistent follow-up cadence
Ideal Profile
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and structured follow-ups
  • Commercially aware and confident speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with disciplined tracking habits
