As Rezilens continues to expand its presence across the GCC and enterprise sector, we are strengthening our Business Development function to increase market visibility, generate qualified opportunities, and support our growth.
Role PurposeTo support the expansion of our Business Development efforts, we are looking for a Market Development Associate who will help increase Rezilens’ market presence, create pipeline opportunities, and contribute to brand awareness.
This role is focused on creating momentum in the market — identifying opportunities, supporting outreach initiatives, strengthening our visibility, and helping bring qualified leads into the pipeline.
You will work directly with the founders and leadership team, supporting initiatives that lead to real business conversations and enterprise opportunities.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Identify potential clients, partners, and target organizations
- Support outreach through Linked In, email, and other professional channels
- Help generate qualified leads and business opportunities
- Maintain and organize pipeline activity within the CRM system
- Support initiatives that increase Rezilens’ visibility in the market
- Assist in managing and strengthening Rezilens’ professional presence, including Linked In and industry engagement
- Support execution of campaigns, webinars, events, and outreach activities
- Monitor market developments, industry movements, and potential opportunities
- Identify relevant sectors, companies, and engagement opportunities
- Support leadership in expanding Rezilens’ reach across target markets
- Support follow-ups and engagement coordination with prospects
- Help ensure timely and professional communication with potential clients and partners
- Assist with preparation of outreach and engagement initiatives
- Someone proactive, organized, and execution-focused
- Strong professional communication skills
- Interest in business growth, market expansion, and enterprise engagement
- Ability to take initiative and support growth activities independently
- Comfortable using Linked In and professional platforms
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, business development, or similar roles is preferred
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is motivated to help build market presence and contribute to real business growth.
This is not a purely administrative or passive marketing role.
This is a growth-support role focused on helping create pipeline, strengthen visibility, and support expansion efforts.
