We are seeking a Business Setup Specialist to advise clients on company formation and corporate structuring in the UAE. The role involves managing end-to-end business setup solutions, including mainland, free zone, and offshore company formations, while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and delivering a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Sourcing new clients
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the setup journey
- Provide regular updates and ensure timely resolution of client queries
- Upsell and cross-sell related services such as visas, renewals, and amendments
Client Advisory & Business Setup
- Advise clients on UAE company formation options (mainland, free zone, offshore) based on business activity and objectives
- Recommend optimal legal structures, licensing categories, and jurisdictions
- Explain regulatory requirements, timelines, and costs clearly to clients
Company Formation & Licensing
- Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes
- Coordinate trade name reservation, initial approvals, MOA, and license issuance
- Liaise with DED, Free Zones, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities
- Coordinate investor, employment, and family visas in collaboration with PRO/government liaison teams
- Guide clients on visa quotas, eligibility, and timelines
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business setup / company formation in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions
- Experience dealing with DED, Free Zones, and government authorities
- Understanding of UAE visa processes and compliance requirements
