About the roleWe are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth for Amali’s ultra-luxury portfolio by building strategic partnerships, strengthening broker/channel relationships, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong UAE market knowledge, a proven BD track record in premium real estate, and the ability to engage confidently with HNW/UHNW clients, investors, and strategic stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and execute business development opportunities that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships (brokers, referral partners, corporates, family offices, HNW networks), ensuring sustained pipeline generation.
- Lead broker engagement strategy: onboarding, performance tracking, briefings, relationship management, and activation plans.
- Support sales leadership in expanding distribution channels and improving conversion across key segments and markets.
- Represent Amali at industry events, private showcases, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to shape campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives; provide structured feedback on lead quality and market response.
- Develop and track weekly/monthly BD plans, pipeline dashboards, and forecasts; ensure accurate CRM updates and reporting discipline.
- Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, demand trends, and buyer behavior; translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal approvals, documentation standards, and UAE real estate regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in business development / partnerships / channel sales within UAE real estate, ideally luxury/ultra-luxury.
- Strong network across brokers, channel partners, and HNW/UHNW circles; ability to open doors and convert relationships into results.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong reporting discipline with CRM proficiency and pipeline management rigor.
- Professional, polished, and brand-conscious with high integrity and discretion.
