Position: Relationship Specialist (Emiratization)

The Relationship Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving client growth. This role will work to identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and acquire new business.

Key responsibilities:

Client Management:
  • Manage assigned portfolio of existing clients
  • Proactively reach out to clients to check in, provide updates, and address any concerns
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss business objectives, performance metrics, and new opportunities
  • Identify and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Relationship Building:
  • Build strong personal connections with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions
  • Understand client needs and develop solutions that align with their business goals
  • Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration
Business Development:
  • Work with the sales team to identify cross selling and upselling opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand client relationships and increase revenue
  • Qualify and pursue new business opportunities that fit the organization's offerings
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, technical support, and industry partners
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals
  • Build strategic relationships that support client growth and satisfaction
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on key client performance indicators and metrics
  • Provide regular updates to management on client status, opportunities, and risks
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to stay abreast of trends and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services
