Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market share. The role involves conducting market analysis, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Acquisition
- Experience in Market Analysis, Business Planning, and Strategic Forecasting
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Relationship Management and Customer Retention strategies
- Proven ability to meet targets and work in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the Tax and Financial Solutions industry in the GCC and Egypt is a plus
- Experience in leadership roles and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
