Role OverviewWe are hiring a Head of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across the UAE and broader MENA region. This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding strategic partnerships, building high-performing BD capability, and scaling client acquisition channels—while operating in a highly regulated, fast-moving FX environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver the regional business development strategy with clear revenue, pipeline, and partner targets.
- Build, manage, and optimize a partnership ecosystem (IBs, affiliates, introducers, money managers, fintechs, B2B partners).
- Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end: prospecting → due diligence → term structuring → onboarding → performance optimization.
- Develop scalable go‑to‑market plans for retail and/or institutional FX offerings in MENA.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, conversion funnels, retention, and campaign ROI.
- Partner closely with Compliance and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, robust onboarding, and risk controls.
- Create KPI frameworks, dashboards, forecasting, and weekly performance cadences for executive visibility.
- Represent the company at industry events, roadshows, and strategic meetings—building market credibility and a premium brand footprint.
- Recruit, coach, and performance‑manage a BD team; embed a high‑velocity sales culture
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Forex industry experience (FX/CFDs/online trading).
- Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with strong business communication skills.
- Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership within FX brokerage, prop trading, liquidity, fintech, or related trading ecosystems.
- Deep familiarity with IB/affiliate models, partner activation, and revenue scaling.
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, deal structuring, negotiation, and P&L thinking.
- Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate) and able to travel within the region.
- Existing network across UAE/GCC and MENA (IBs, HNW channels, institutional contacts).
- Experience launching new markets, building teams, or scaling from early‑stage to high‑growth.
- Exposure to regulated environments and broker operating models (KYC/AML, onboarding, client suitability).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Hub Spot), performance analytics, and pipeline governance.
- Establish a robust partner pipeline and close priority strategic partnerships.
- Implement BD operating rhythm: KPIs, funnel management, forecasting, and partner performance playbooks.
- Deliver measurable uplift in funded accounts, volumes, and partner-driven revenue.
