We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Manager/ Estate Manger to join our team in Dubai, specializing in providing exceptional service to our VIP clients. This role is not just about managing a household; it's about creating an environment where luxury meets comfort and where every detail is meticulously attended to. As a House Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly, allowing our clients to enjoy their lifestyle without any interruptions.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of three properties (Dubai and Europe), ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards, utilizing management software to track tasks and schedules effectively.
  • Coordinate with various service providers, including chefs, cleaners, and maintenance staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the household's impeccable standards.
  • Manage household budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial transactions are documented accurately and reported regularly to the clients.
  • Develop and implement household policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and security, utilizing best practices in household management.
  • Plan and organize events and gatherings for clients, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly, from catering to entertainment, to create memorable experiences.
  • Maintain an inventory of household supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are stocked and in good condition, using inventory management systems to track usage.
  • Provide personal assistance to VIP clients, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and handling special requests to enhance their lifestyle.
  • Act as a liaison between the clients and external service providers, ensuring that all communications are clear and that expectations are met consistently.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development, attending workshops or training relevant to luxury service management to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Skills
