The OpportunityThis is not an employment role. We’re looking for an independent recruitment professional based in Dubai who can bring business from the Middle East market and leverage Merito’s brand, tech stack, and delivery engine to scale revenue faster.
You focus on business development and relationships. Merito powers delivery, technology, branding, and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC
- Leverage your existing CXO / HR / Founder network to close mandates
- Own senior-level and leadership hiring engagements
- Act as Merito’s face in the Middle East market
- Collaborate with Merito’s core team for delivery and execution
- Build and scale the Middle East practice over time
- 6+ years in recruitment, with strong Middle East exposure
- Proven experience building a recruitment desk, practice, or agency
- Strong network across CXOs, HR leaders, founders, and investorsli>
- Background in executive search, leadership hiring, or niche roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort owning revenue outcomes
- Revenue share on business you originate
- Full access to Merito’s AI-driven tech stack, ATS, CRM, sourcing tools
- Dedicated delivery and research team
- Brand leverage, marketing, and Linked In thought leadership support
- Complete back-end support (contracts, invoicing, operations)

Dubai / UAE - Working model:
Independent partner, remote-first - Travel: GCC region as required
This is a business partnership, not a salaried role. Partners operate independently while using Merito’s brand, platform, and delivery capabilities.
