The Assistant Manager – CEO Office will be a critical member of the CEO's Office, providing high-caliber strategic and analytical support directly to the CEO under the guidance of the Chief of Staff. The role focuses on delivering exceptional reports, presentations, and data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making and drive organizational priorities.
Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, briefing documents, and communication materials for the CEO, Board, and senior leadership, ensuring clear storytelling, professional design, logical flow, and alignment with executive preferences and branding guidelines.
- Develop and refine complex slide decks (primarily in PowerPoint) that translate detailed analyses into concise, visually compelling narratives for high-stakes meetings, including strategy reviews, board updates, and investor presentations.
- Draft and edit executive correspondence, speeches, talking points, memos, and other written materials that reflect the CEO’s voice and strategic priorities.
- Perform market research and competitive intelligence gathering, analyzing external data sources, reports, and benchmarks to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends relevant to the organization.
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from internal systems, external databases, stakeholder interviews, and third-party reports to produce clear, actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations.
- Transform raw data into structured summaries, dashboards, and visualizations that highlight key findings and enable rapid executive comprehension.
- Support the Chief of Staff in managing special projects and strategic initiatives originating from the CEO's Office, including defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Track progress on multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate working sessions, and escalate risks or blockers to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive materials for internal and external stakeholder engagements, such as board meetings, leadership offsites, investor calls, partner discussions, and regulatory updates.
- Perform ad-hoc research and rapid response analysis on emerging business opportunities, potential M&A targets, new market entries, organizational performance metrics, and CEO-specific inquiries.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular performance updates, and identify early warning signals or improvement opportunities.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive strategic, financial, and personnel-related information.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related discipline
- MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3–4 years in management consulting (preferably with a top-tier firm)
Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):
Proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with exposure to C-suite executives.
