Position: Business Development Manager (Mena region)

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new partners across the MENA region (Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and white-label partners) and provide support to grow their businesses and client bases.
  • Focus on expanding the company’s presence in key MENA markets, driving new deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within the region, implementing strategies to strengthen market penetration and regional visibility.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of partners, industry contacts, and potential clients to maximize business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish localized resources such as payment solutions, marketing initiatives, and platform support tailored to the region.
  • Meet or exceed regional business targets by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals that contribute directly to revenue and client growth.
  • Ensure strong partner relationships through consistent communication, prompt issue resolution, and ongoing performance support.
  • Provide management with insights on MENA market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to support strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, expos, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure all activities within the MENA region align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Demonstrated success managing an existing portfolio of partnerships or clients.
  • Strong knowledge of MENA market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential;
    English fluency is required.
  • Strong working experience in the MENA region.
  • Ability to work onsite, (Jumeirah Lake Tower, Dubai)
