Role OverviewAs the Business Development Manager
, you will lead client acquisition, partnerships, and B2B growth across our premium cleaning and emerging wellness offerings. You’ll work directly with the founder to define go-to-market strategy, build a strong sales pipeline, and support the operational foundation required to scale a high-end service business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and understands both sales and operations within home services.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales- Build and manage a strong client pipeline across high-end villa communities, luxury apartments, and early-stage corporate accounts (primary focus: villa communities in Dubai).
- Drive B2B sales with wellness studios, boutique hotels, clinics, real estate brokers, and lifestyle brands.
- Execute cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures end-to-end.
- Develop and close strategic partnerships and referral channels.
- Build long‑term relationships with developers, property managers, and high‑value clients.
- Support the operations setup, including service planning, inventory structuring, and execution workflows.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure premium service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage client onboarding, service experience, and retention programs.
- Identify expansion opportunities across cleaning, wellness, and lifestyle add‑on services.
- Track market trends in home care, wellness rituals, and premium services.
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and exclusive networking forums.
- Contribute to building a connected ecosystem of services and partners.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within home maintenance, property management, hospitality, wellness, or real estate.
- Proven experience building and managing a client pipeline in services such as deep cleaning, HVAC, move‑in/move‑out services, or home wellness offerings
. - Strong understanding of home services operations and service execution planning.
- Hands‑on experience in client acquisition and daily client interactions.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market with an existing network preferred.
- Emotionally intelligent – values experience and brand perception

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to position a lifestyle and wellness brand
