You will join one of our dedicated secondary market teams, each led by an experienced Sales Manager, specialized by area, and supported by strong systems.

• Managing inbound and outbound leads
• Daily prospecting to secure listings from landlords and investors
• Staying updated with real market trends (Bayut, Property Finder, CBRE, DXBInteract, PM Index)
• Managing owner relationships with professionalism and strategic advice
  
  Understanding pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, and rental demand in your area
• Maintaining a consistent performance rhythm (daily KPIs + weekly reporting)

You will learn to speak like a market expert — not a typical agent — through the training, scripts, and playbooks we provide.

• Strong knowledge of secondary sales
• Portfolio of buyers or sellers is a bonus
• Dubai experience is a plus but not mandatory if mindset is strong
