Job Description:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Business Development to manage and grow relationships with elite broker accounts for a premium real estate organization in Dubai. This role requires a polished, well-spoken professional with strong experience in account management and stakeholder engagement, preferably from hospitality, aviation, or other service-driven industries.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing high-value partners, maintaining professional relationships, and representing the brand with confidence and sophistication.

• Manage and engage elite broker accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account management
• Ensure high standards of communication, professionalism, and service delivery

• Experience in vendor management, account management, or relationship management
• Background in hospitality, aviation, or any service industry preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Polished personality with experience handling premium or elite clients
• Male or female candidates; any nationality (diverse profiles encouraged)
