BD Manager; Middle East Wholesale

• Develop and expand ANTA’s wholesale and distribution channels across the Middle East and Africa, including distributors, wholesalers, and large retail groups.
• Build the regional customer network from 0 to 1, supporting fast market entry for a new brand.
• Define and execute channel strategy, customer structure, and pricing policy by market.
• Lead customer negotiations, contract signing, order management, and payment follow-up to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and channel performance, and provide key business insights.
• Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, brand, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and market execution.

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in BD, wholesale, or distribution within footwear, sportswear, or FMCG industries.
• Strong understanding of Middle East and/or Africa market channels
  , with existing distributor or wholesaler resources preferred.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic or French is a plus.
• Results-driven, highly execution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
