We are seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales background and must have proven experience in Digital Marketing Sales.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Develop and execute business growth plans in line with company objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry developments.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze key metrics and optimize sales strategies for continuous growth.
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development working with a digital marketing agency. - Knowledge:
Complete understanding of digital marketing & the services offered. - Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
