Key Responsibilities

• External Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the content creation agency and website/commerce development team.
• Internal Coordination: Gather and synthesize requirements from various HODs to ensure business needs are communicated clearly to service providers.
• Workflow Control: Manage project timelines and ensure all external partners deliver according to agreed specifications and deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Review all outputs from external teams to ensure they meet company standards before final approval or publication.
• Management Reporting: Provide weekly progress updates to management. Prepare comprehensive reports for monthly and quarterly review meetings.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
• Proven ability to manage external service providers and technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requests from different departments simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills for briefing and reporting.
• Experience in preparing status reports and conducting performance reviews.
