UAE-based transaction advisory and management consulting firm
, advising on
strategic, financial, and operational matters across complex transactions and
business transformations.
We are hiring a UAE experienced Sales & Operations Executive to support business growth through
outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and operational support.
This hybrid role
combines sales development discipline with administrative and operational
excellence, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced
environment and wants to be close to both business development and client
delivery.
The role owns the top of
the funnel - research, outreach, qualification, and diary booking, whilst also
providing high-quality operational support across documents, calendars, CRM
hygiene, reporting and meeting packs.
- Develop and manage target prospect lists, researching companies and decision-makers to validate data and buying roles.
- Execute structured outbound campaigns via phone, email, and Linked In to generate qualified engagement.
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and book sales-qualified appointments for consultants.
- Craft concise outreach and follow-up messaging to maximise engagement and show rates.
- Maintain CRM discipline and produce weekly and monthly dashboards on pipeline health, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
- Support client deliverables by formatting and proofing proposals, presentations, LOEs, and NDAs, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Provide general business administration support to enable efficient operations and client service.
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B appointment setting, outbound sales prospecting, or telemarketing, with additional exposure to sales operations or business support. Confident phone presence with clear, persuasive written communication and proven objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to book qualified meetings and improve show rates through structured follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant sales/administration training is an advantage.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage).

- High integrity and comfortable with sustained, high-volume daily outreach.
