Commercial Growth Manager- Fresh Foods

We are looking for a Commercial Growth Manager – Group Level to drive scalable growth across HORECA, QSR, Modern Trade, and E-commerce in fresh foods categories. This role is critical for building channel-specific growth engines by applying best-in-class FMCG sales and marketing thinking to a fast-moving, margin-sensitive business.

• Own group-level growth agenda across channels and categories, translating strategy into actionable commercial roadmaps
• Drive top-line growth with margin discipline
• Lead channel-specific innovation
  : chef-led SKUs for HORECA, portion-controlled programs for QSR, tiered assortments and promo-led innovation for retail, and subscription-friendly packs for e-commerce
• Partner with marketing to develop value propositions and product launches with clear RTMs and success metrics
• Support key accounts and strategic partnerships, leading JBPs and negotiating win-win commercial models
• Ensure strong financial and commercial governance
  , tracking GM%, contribution margin, and cost-to-serve by channel
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, QA/R&D, and Finance to ensure scalable execution and ROI

• 10–15 years’ experience in top-tier FMCG companies (sales, marketing, or category roles)
• Proven expertise in multi-channel growth, product innovation, and portfolio management
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Master’s degree in business or equivalent education
• UAE-based with a valid driving license
