As a Business Development Manager, MEA at Honeywell, you will drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Dubai, with a focus on managing the Sub‑Saharan Africa market and achieving regional sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs.
  • Analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong insight into marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent thoughtful and data‑driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
