We are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy & Performance Manager who will be responsible for supporting with the development, communication, and execution of strategic direction by transforming complex performance data and research into clear, compelling insights for senior leadership. The role leads enterprise-wide analysis across the organisation’s strategic themes, corporate performance reporting, and strategic storytelling for Strategic Boards—ensuring that strategic priorities are understood, aligned, and actioned across the organisation.
Our client based in Dubai, is one of the largest multinationals in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform raw qualitative and quantitative research data into cohesive, engaging stories that clearly communicate the "why" behind strategic decisions.
- Present findings in a clear and accessible format, tailoring messages to the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholder groups.
- Create high-quality executive presentations, reports, and other strategic deliverables that effectively convey research insights.
- Collate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to produce well-structured content at the appropriate level for decision-making.
- Lead the development and implementation of Corporate Performance Scorecards at Board and Executive Committee levels, ensuring the accurate translation of strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
- Drive the creation and refinement of enterprise-wide metrics and performance targets in collaboration with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Partner with the Business Information team to ope rationalise KPIs through automated dashboards and data-driven reporting tools that enhance visibility of organisational performance.
- Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the organisation’s three strategic themes (Guest, People, Business) to uncover insights that inform enterprise-level strategic decision-making.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, enterprise performance, and theme-specific behaviours (Guest, People, Business) to support strategic understanding.
- Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights that support strategic priorities, organisational development, and operational improvement across the enterprise.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including development, marketing, commercial, operations, and product to ensure insights and recommendations support enterprise strategic themes (Guest, People, Business).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure analysis and recommendations are compelling, consistent, and aligned with brand messaging and strategic priorities.
- Lead the development of strategy-related content for corporate communications, executive updates, and corporate events to strengthen organisational understanding and engagement with strategic priorities.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in strategic and enterprise-level research methodologies, data analysis tools, and storytelling techniques that support cross-organisational priorities (guest, people, and business) and enhance the quality of strategic insights and communication.
- Identify opportunities to refine and improve strategy, research, and storytelling processes to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic impact.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while maintaining a holistic, enterprise-wide perspective in all strategic work.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Management Consulting;
Mandatory Experience in Aviation - Certifications in strategy execution, corporate performance, or management consulting are advantageous.
- 7-10 years worth of relevant experience.
- Master's degree in Business Administration;
Strategic Management; or related. - High level of influence over people/stakeholder/organization, ablity to change/negotiate business practices to achieve critical business goals.
