About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing financial services and investment platform operating across the GCC to appoint a Chief of Staff to work closely with senior leadership.
This role is designed for a high-potential professional with early management exposure who can take ownership of strategic initiatives, drive execution across teams, and act as a trusted partner to leadership. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and stakeholder management, ensuring that complex initiatives move from concept to delivery.
The business engages actively with regional and international financial institutions and requires someone who can both understand the commercial context and lead internal coordination at a high standard.
Role OverviewThe Chief of Staff will support senior leadership by owning priority projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong follow‑through, commercial understanding, and the ability to translate high‑level discussions into structured internal action plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Project Execution
- Take ownership of strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Translate leadership objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive follow‑ups across internal teams to ensure accountability and progress.
- Prepare internal materials, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership.
Senior Stakeholder Support
- Support leadership in engagements with large financial institutions and strategic partners.
- Prepare background research, analysis, and internal positioning ahead of meetings.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment before and after external discussions.
- Present project progress, outcomes, and recommendations directly to leadership.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams on priority initiatives.
- Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and execution timelines.
- Identify execution gaps and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Operational & Business Support
- Assist with ad‑hoc business initiatives, market analysis, and internal process improvement.
- Support leadership with planning, prioritisation, and execution of key business objectives.
- Travel occasionally within the region to support meetings and initiatives, including Riyadh.
Experience
- Approximately 4–5 years of professional experience
. - Background in financial services, investment, trading, consulting, or a closely related field
. - Demonstrated experience managing projects end‑to‑end rather than purely coordinating schedules.
- Exposure to working with senior stakeholders or leadership teams.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong project ownership mindset with excellent follow‑through.
- Commercially astute with the ability to understand business and financial context.
- Confident communicator, able to present clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and execution‑driven.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
Language & Mobility
- Arabic fluency is required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Riyadh and within the region.
