noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll doWe are looking for an Operations Intern who will support the team with daily tasks related to restaurant onboarding, data tracking, and issue resolution. This is a hands‑on role designed to provide exposure to real-world operations in a fast‑growing environment.
- Support the operational onboarding and activation of new restaurant partners.
- Conduct on‑ground training for restaurants on platform usage and best practices.
- Assist in organizing onboarding, training sessions and setup of restaurant partners
- Monitor daily operational performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, sales, support) to close operational gaps.
- Business Degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- Great communicator with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners.
- Eager to learn, hands‑on, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
