This business has already delivered cross-border search assignments across Brazil, Singapore, the Americas, UAE, Mauritius and Europe e p — and is now entering its next phase of international growth.
The RoleThis is a hands-on, revenue-generating role with genuine influence. Reporting directly to the founders, youll have the autonomy to grow your market while being fully supported by global infrastructure, brand and capital.
Your focus will include:
- Scaling Compliance & Risk recruitment across the UK, USA and UAE
- Managing senior-level, long-term client relationships
- Delivering retained and contingent search at mid-to-senior level
- Expanding into new sectors or geographies where you see opportunity
- Helping shape the commercial direction of the business
- PE-backed platform with proven global trading history
- International mobility and relocation options globally
- Potential share options aligned to performance and impact
- Clear, realistic pathway to Directorship
- Entrepreneurial environment without start-up risk
- Proven recruitment or executive search experience
- Strong commercial instincts and a billing track record
- Exposure to UK, UAE or US Financial Services markets preferred
- Motivated by long-term value creation, not just commission
