This internship is designed for MBA candidates who want direct exposure to building and scaling a category-defining company, not a passive corporate internship.
The Role
As an MBA Intern at Smart Bricks, you’ll work directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic and operational projects. You’ll be treated as a junior team member, expected to think independently, structure problems, and deliver real outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone exploring careers in strategy, venture, product, or general management.
What You’ll Work On
- Support market entry and growth strategy across new geographies or customer segments
- Size markets, analyse competitive landscapes, and assess unit economics
- Help define go-to-market strategies for brokerage, platform, or institutional offerings
Business & Operating Model
- Analyse revenue streams, pricing models, and cost structures
- Support process design across sales, operations, and customer experience
- Build internal frameworks and playbooks for scaling
Product & Data Exposure
- Work with Product and Data teams to translate customer needs into platform priorities
- Analyse usage data and customer behaviour to inform product decisions
- Support investor and board-level materials with data-backed insights
Special Projects
- Ad-hoc projects directly from the CEO or Chief of Staff
- Support fundraising, partnerships, or strategic initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
Profile
- Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured thinker with excellent communication ability
Experience & Skills
- Background in consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, product, or strategy preferred
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Mindset
- High ownership and bias to action
- Curious, coachable, and intellectually rigorous
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
