We are currently working with a well-established fintech in the UAE to hire a Product Manager.
This role owns the platforms and tools used by affiliates and partners to onboard clients, close deals, and manage performance.
What the role involves- Owning the product vision and roadmap for partner/affiliate platforms
- Translating commercial and partnership requirements into clear product delivery
- Working closely with partnerships, sales, compliance, and engineering teams
- Optimising partner performance through data, reporting, and incentives
- Operating within a regulated financial services environment
- 4+ years in Product Management
- Experience in Fin Tech
- Exposure to partnership-driven models
- Comfortable working with commercial stakeholders and technical teams
