* 8+ years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar role.
* Deep expertise in product management with a strong understanding of user-centric design.
* Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with business objectives.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing product management teams.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organisational units.
