Trump International, Dubai is a luxury golf club in the heart of Dubai’s DAMAC Hills. The club features an 18-hole Championship Standard Course, a 9-hole floodlit par 3 course and a variety of world-class amenities that cater to every member of the family.

Trump International Golf Club is looking for Restaurant Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Job Purpose

Responsibilities in Store keeping, Fixed assets and as Messenger

Job Responsibilities
  • Receiving of Pro shop items and General items from the supplier.
  • Communication with the internal customers and Suppliers in matters related to delivery, documents and stocks.
  • Raising requisitions for Finance dept. as per the communication.
  • Checking of incoming items against invoices or bills with the standing purchase order.
  • Voucher matching the invoices of Engineering, F&B, Sales and Marketing, Pro-shop and General items in SCM
  • Maintaining Golf club and Golf Course Maintenance store fixed assets register and update management on changes.
  • Export and import files from SCM for the posted invoice and sending the files to finance payable department for the payment purpose.
  • Item creation in SCM as per the request from the various department.
  • Vendor creation in SCM as per the request from Procurement department.
  • Monthly inventory of Pro-shop.
  • Preparing of monthly reconciliation reports and closing the stock inventory in SCM
  • Exporting the Sales report of Pro-shop items from Yellow Dog Inventory.
  • Processing and voucher matching the Petty cash invoices.
  • Delivering and collecting documents like cheques & contracts from head office and other corporate
  • Collecting Accounts receivable cheques from different companies.
  • Depositing daily collection, cheques and collecting documents from bank as messenger.
  • Other Administration work delegated by Manager
Experience
  • Knowledge about functions of Fixed Assets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial files.
  • Knowledge about functions of Store keeping
  • Knowledge in ERP, SCM, Jonas, Tagit software (Fixed assets), MS Excel
Qualifications
  • Graduate
  • 2 years’ experience as storekeeper
  • 2 year driving license with experience in Dubai
  • Experience in SCM, Jonas and Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting
