Business Setup Advisor

We are looking Business Setup Advisor with 1 year of experience and specialized knowledge of mainland, freezone, and offshore business environments provides expert guidance to clients on business setup, expansion, and operational optimization in the UAE and similar jurisdictions. This role involves strategic advisory, regulatory navigation, and tailored solutions to ensure clients achieve their business objectives efficiently.

• Business Setup Advisory
• Advise clients on the most suitable company formation options: mainland, freezone, or offshore, based on their business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through the entire setup process, including documentation, licensing, and compliance with local authorities.
• Formulate and execute business strategies in line with client objectives.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE business laws, government policies, and licensing regulations for all jurisdictions.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business through effective communication and service delivery.
• Maintain CRM systems and provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in business consulting, with a proven track record in mainland, freezone, and offshore company formation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
