Summary

The Commercial Manager is responsible for developing business strategies to increase company sales and profits, as well as managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role involves analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the company's commercial goals are met.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability
  • Analyze market trends and recommend adjustments to the sales and marketing strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market reach
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of commercial goals
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
