Business Development Executive; Freelance​/Part-Time – Accounting & VAT Services

Next Step HR is hiring on behalf of a growing accounting, auditing & VAT consultancy startup based in Dubai. This is a performance-driven opportunity for professionals who already have the right visa and are looking to earn through fixed pay + high commissions.

Our Client is looking for a Business Development Executive who can actively generate new business for:

• Auditing Services

This role is ideal for freelancers, part-timers, or professionals on dependent / self-sponsored visas who are confident in client acquisition and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, startups, entrepreneurs)
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels
• Conduct meetings (telephonic / virtual / in-person where required)
• Close deals and ensure smooth handover to operations
• Maintain basic client follow-ups and sales tracking requirements

Requirements

• Prior experience in accounting firms, audit firms, VAT consultancies, business setup firms, or professional services
• Strong understanding of UAE business environment (SMEs & startups preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement

Compensation & Engagement Model

• Fixed Pay: AED 2,500 / month
• Commission: 8-10% on every successful sale
