Join Hightekers as a Business Development Specialist - B2B Italian Market!

As a Business Development Specialist – B2B Italian Market
, you’ll help Italian companies expand globally by connecting them with compliant, people-first workforce solutions. You’ll advise decision-makers on how to hire, manage, and pay talent across borders, confidently and compliantly.

This isn’t just sales; it’s about building trust, creating long-term partnerships, and enabling companies to grow internationally with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage a B2B sales pipeline focused on the Italian market.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Advise clients on Employer of Record (EOR) and global workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Customer Success) to deliver compliant and scalable solutions.
  • Track opportunities, manage follow-ups, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
What You Bring
  • 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a commercial support role.
  • Exposure to selling digital services or solutions in a professional, client-facing environment.
  • Interest in international business, global workforce topics, and learning how companies expand across borders.
  • Native Italian and fluent English;
    Spanish/French is a strong plus.
