This role will help drive strategic projects and generate insights for the business. The individual will be working very closely with senior management and be responsible for four main scopes:

• Analyze Data:
  Dive into talabat’s performance metrics, identifying key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare Reports:
  Create comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management, highlighting key drivers of change and actionable insights.

• Communicate Findings:
  Present findings in a clear and concise manner, often translating complex data into understandable recommendations for decision-makers.

• Country-Specific Analysis:
  Perform detailed analyses of different talabat markets, focusing on identifying turnaround opportunities, growth and profitability areas.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work with various departments to understand and address cross-functional issues impacting business performance.

• Strategy Development:
  Develop and recommend strategies based on analysis to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives.

• Launching new products:
  Develop business use cases with innovative ideas and bring them to life by working on their implementation, ensuring they align with strategic goals and add value to the business.

• Budgeting:
  Collaborate with local teams to develop talabat’s yearly budget, setting growth and profitability goals.

• Ensure that budgets are adhered to consistently across the organization and proactively identify and pursue opportunities to exceed financial targets and enhance overall profitability.

• Thought Leadership ability to drive innovation and impact

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets, and advanced proficiency in Big Query, Tableau, and analytics tools such as Looker

• Analytical Mindset with strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisions

• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, explore, and drive creative solutions.

• Stakeholder Management skilled in engaging and managing diverse stakeholder interests

• Cross-Functional Collaboration effective in working with teams across different functions to achieve common goals

• Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis strongly preferred

• Experience using SQL, Big Query, Looker, Tableau strongly preferred
