We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive – Key Accounts with a strong background in selling warehousing and storage services. This role focuses on onboarding new enterprise clients while nurturing and expanding existing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with large organizations, a deep understanding of their buying procedures, and proven exposure to commercial models related to storage, space utilization, and long‑term contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, pursue, and onboard new enterprise and key accounts for warehousing and storage services
- Manage and nurture existing key accounts to ensure long‑term retention, account growth, and commercial expansion
- Understand client storage requirements such as CBM, pallet positions, bulk vs racked storage, ambient/chilled/frozen needs, and translate them into viable commercial proposals
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of warehousing pricing models (CBM, SQFT, pallet‑based, fixed vs flexible contracts). Handle enterprise procurement processes, including vendor onboarding, RFQs/RFPs, compliance documentation, and approval workflows
- Work closely with Key Account Managers, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth handover and execution post‑closure
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations aligned with the client requirements and the company margins. Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, and documentation within CRM systems
Skills:
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in warehousing and storage services (mandatory)
- Proven track record of selling storage solutions to large corporations or enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, storage metrics, and space optimization concepts
- Hands‑on experience dealing with large company procurement and buying procedures
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in logistics platforms, 3PL/4PL, or warehouse marketplace models
- Exposure to multi‑temperature storage environments (ambient, chilled, frozen)
- Familiarity with contract structuring, SLAs, and commercial negotiations
