Overview
An established IT services company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision makers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior business development role.
- Proven background in business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience or exposure to the IT industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Currently based in the UAE.
