Future Talent Arabia is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to accelerate commercial growth from our Dubai office. This role is designed for a proven sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and excels at winning, growing and retaining senior-level client relationships.
You will take ownership of new business origination, revenue generation and strategic client expansion across high-growth sectors in the Middle East.
What You’ll Do- Originate and close new business opportunities with mid-to-large organisations across priority sectors
- Build a strong, qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, networking and strategic engagement
- Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders, positioning Future Talent Arabia as a trusted advisory partner
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation and close
- Expand existing client relationships to maximise long-term revenue and account value
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and repeat business
- Track performance rigorously, manage the CRM System and team’s input, maintain accurate forecasts and revenue reporting
- 3–7 years’ success in B2B sales or business development within recruitment, executive search, professional services or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed revenue targets
- Strong commercial judgment and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers
- Experience operating in the UAE or wider GCC market
- Highly motivated, resilient and results-oriented mindset
