Job Summary

Zurich Middle East is part of Zurich Insurance Group, one of the world’s largest and most experienced insurers. Our mission is to help our local community understand and protect themselves from risk both locally and globally.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to apply for our Student Sponsorship Program, in which we provide financial support for students currently pursuing bachelor degrees in universities, and in return, will need to be willing to work 5 to 10 hours per week for the program. The Program is designed to support talented Emirati students in building their careers in the insurance sector.

• Assist teams in day-to-day operations within underwriting, claims, risk management, or actuarial departments.
• Participate in ongoing projects and contribute to research, data analysis, and reporting.
• Support customer service initiatives and learn about insurance product offerings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops designed to enhance industry knowledge and professional skills.
• Work under the guidance of mentors to gain exposure to real-world insurance practices.
• Get engaged with teams, managers and growth partners on departments daily processes and goals, and potentially discover new talents and interests.
• Work with customers and stakeholders across different business areas in a multinational and multicultural setup.
• Apply communication skills to service Zurich’s customers and support team members to maintain relationships with them.
• Have visibility and access to different stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop.
• Identify and resolve real-time problems working with growth partners and managers.
• Take ownership and use opportunities to grow and develop skills and knowledge in insurance.

We are always looking for talented, ambitious and proactive talents. The following are minimum requirements:

• UAE National with Family book.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor degree program in a university based in UAE.
• Ability to commit 5 to 10 hours per week to contribute and learn as part of the program.
• Strong command of English at a min. level of B2.
• Enthusiastic to join a multinational and multicultural environment and explore different areas.

• Financial support: AED 6000 monthly salary.
